  • Training and Development: Train team members on knowledge management processes and tools to ensure seamless adoption and utilization.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure that our knowledge management strategy remains relevant and effective.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and maintain organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure consistency and efficiency in our knowledge management processes.

Requirements:

  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI: Must have an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI to meet the requirements of this role.
  • Knowledge Management Experience: At least 5 years' experience as a Knowledge Manager or similar role within an IT environment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office products, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, with a detail-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • IT Certifications: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity concepts, as well as IT certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Cisco.
