About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our team and help us build the next-generation Automation AI platform. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with our founders to crystallize the product vision and construct a robust product strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an articulate product roadmap, laying out requirements, user stories, and meticulous product specifications for this nascent product category.
  • Lead the product launches; including product positioning, customer onboarding, customer support, product metrics.
  • Develop effective partnerships with design, engineering, and GTM teams, steering the product to successful delivery while managing product OKRs.
  • Develop and implement product growth strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, retention.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years in product management.
  • Demonstrated success in building 0 to 1 products within startup or large tech environments.
  • Stellar written and oral communication skills, with an ability to connect seamlessly with customers and team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AI/ML product experience.
  • Enterprise software product experience.
  • Strong interest in AI and experience with AI tools as a user.
