Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Field Service Representative to contribute to our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the Product Support Team in various capacities, ensuring the effective delivery of military training materials and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a vital member of the Product Support Team, reporting directly to the Team Lead.
- Design, develop, and assess military training documentation.
- Formulate and refine Materiel Fielding Plans.
- Generate and update MIL-STD Technical Manuals.
- Prepare Training Conduct Support Packages.
- Stay informed on TRADOC Development and Instruction standards.
- Facilitate New Equipment Training (NET) and New Equipment Fielding (NEF) initiatives.
- Enhance and maintain the LandWarNet.
- Oversee Mission Command Support Center (MCSC) trouble tickets.
- Integrate lessons learned from NET/NEF and MCSC to drive modernization efforts.
- Assist in Software Qualification Testing and Software Acceptance Testing.
- Support Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) initiatives.
- Contribute to Continuous Integration and Continuous Development pipeline activities.
- Deliver military-style briefings and reports.
- Prepare documentation related to administration or acquisition processes.
- Assist with Total Package Fielding processes, including warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve challenges.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Product Support Team Lead.
Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
- Experience in system integration with military networks or Battle Command Systems (e.g., AFATDS, JBC-P, DDS).
- Relevant military experience in various Military Occupational Specialties is advantageous.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Willingness to travel 50-90% for Temporary Duty assignments.
- Capability to work in both office and field environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in TRADOC Common Faculty Development-Developer Course (CFD-DC).
- Certification in TRADOC Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course (CFD-IC).
- Certification in TRADOC Training Development Capability (TDC).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and coalition-building abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis, independent research, report preparation, and presentation creation.
- Digital organizational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and product data management tools.
Work Environment:
This position may require working in various settings, including office and field environments.
