The Canine Care Specialist is a vital role within Scenthound, delivering prompt and effective services that align with our standards. We are in search of a meticulous team player who is enthusiastic about maintaining the cleanliness and well-being of dogs. An ideal candidate is resilient, observant, patient, adaptable, and possesses a genuine love for dogs. We are looking for a driven individual eager to progress their career through our training program to become a Scenthound Groomer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and/or clean dogs for grooming based on service requests
  • Wash, dry, trim nails, clean ears, brush fur, maintain dental hygiene, and express glands
  • Recognize health indicators in dogs and document them using the S.C.E.N.T. Check application
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill service requests
  • Prioritize the safety of both dogs and colleagues at all times
