Overview
Cox Automotive is seeking a highly skilled Sr Software Engineer, ServiceNow to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining code within ServiceNow to implement new capabilities and features, enhance performance, and ensure maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Management to understand customer and end-user challenges, and design effective solutions.
  • Recommend improvements to processes, technology, and interfaces to enhance team effectiveness and reduce technical debt.
  • Anticipate capacity requirements for component usage and identify limitations.
  • Provide input on story sizing, backlog grooming, and release planning.
  • Contribute to product and solution designs to address critical issues and complex problems.
  • Develop solutions across multiple ServiceNow products to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Perform troubleshooting and investigations as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance of deployed products.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced software engineers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field.
  • Certified in ServiceNow system administration and/or application development (CSA, CAD).

Salary Range:$97,100.00 - $161,800.00 per year
