Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a Virtual SLP. As a key member of our teletherapy team, you will provide high-quality speech therapy services to students in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students in a virtual classroom setting
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure student progress and goal attainment
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
  • Utilize Zoom platform to deliver virtual speech therapy sessions
  • Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices and research-based interventions
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • ASHA CCCs and active Washington SLP License
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a classroom setting, with a focus on speech therapy
  • Proven experience in virtual speech therapy, with a strong understanding of online platforms and technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
