Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold the principles of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members, including Foremen, Estimators, and Project Coordinators, to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Manage documentation and administrative tasks to ensure timely and safe restoration efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance providers and property owners.
  • Coordinate activities among tradesmen and review estimates related to restoration tasks.
  • Monitor project metrics and operational objectives, including Sales and Gross Margin.
  • Prepare for project initiation by confirming budgets and work orders.
  • Participate in community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.

Education and Experience:

  • Willingness to work in various environmental conditions.
  • Capability to operate machinery and tools safely.
Work Environment:

This role involves working in properties that have experienced damage due to disasters. Project Managers are expected to handle various tasks in potentially hazardous conditions, including exposure to extreme weather and hazardous materials.

Travel Requirements:

Regular travel to job sites is necessary, with occasional overnight stays for special circumstances.
