Job Title: Horizontal Construction Engineer

About the Job:
As a Horizontal Construction Engineer in the Army National Guard, you'll play a crucial role in preparing construction sites for various projects. Your primary responsibility will be to operate heavy equipment, such as bulldozers and roadgraders, to clear and grade the site. You'll also be responsible for analyzing information on grade stakes, cutting and spreading fill material, and transporting heavy construction equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze grade stakes and place them accurately
• Operate bulldozers and roadgraders to clear and grade construction sites
• Cut and spread fill material with a scraper
• Transport heavy construction equipment with a tractor-trailer
• Assist in the performance of combat engineer missions

Requirements:
• Military enlistment in the Army National Guard
• Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or a GED certificate
