- Provide patient education and support to promote optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Current Physical Therapy License in the state of Illinois.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to lift and move patients with pelvic specialty needs.
