Janitorial Specialist

MFM Industries is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Operate heavy janitorial equipment, such as automatic floor machines and commercial vacuums.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and events as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and report any maintenance or repair needs to the facilities team.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
