Your Mission: Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a dedicated Systems Integration and Test Engineer. In this capacity, you will contribute to the integration and testing of essential systems. The ideal candidate will possess experience and/or knowledge in integration and assembly processes, manufacturing, and/or testing.
This role will support the Operations team for Programs within the Remote Sensing line of Business. The selected candidate will be involved in developing and maintaining Test Plans, Test Procedures, and ATSs (Automatic Test Scripts). Collaboration across various disciplines and experience levels is expected to achieve common goals in a team-oriented environment.

The candidate will also serve as an Integration/Test Engineer, responsible for the safe development and execution of test procedures throughout all Integration & Test phases, adhering to established processes within ATLO (FOE/FOD, drop mitigation, cleanroom protocol, etc.).

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, schematics, test scripts, requirements, and specifications.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment with engineers and/or technicians.
  • Must be a US Citizen; this position requires a government security clearance. This role is located at a facility that necessitates special access.
Preferred Skills:

  • Interest in aerospace or defense systems assembly, integration, and testing (AI&T) or experience in a specialized high-value hardware processing facility.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in fundamental principles.
  • Experience in a test and requirements verification environment, either through work or academic settings.
  • Familiarity with Test and Integration processes, including test development, execution, data analysis, script generation, anomaly resolution, and ground test equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with analytical software such as MATLAB.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; candidates must be US Citizens for consideration.

Compensation:


The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington, or Washington DC is $67,400 - $129,300.
