Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Per Diem Occupational Therapist to treat patients in Home Care. If you are an Occupational Therapist looking to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one treatment to patients
  • Plan, prepare, and carry out individually designed programs of occupational treatment
  • Custom splint fabrication for patients
  • Perform and document initial exams, evaluating patient data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis
  • Develop and guide plans of care to encourage compliance and produce the best results for patients
  • Evaluate treatment effects at various stages and adjust treatments as needed
Requirements
  • Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
  • NY Occupational Therapy License or eligibility
  • Ability to treat all ages and have sensory integration experience
