Compensation/Benefits Include:

Responsibilities

Patient Care:

  • Assess and manage a range of medical conditions.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive treatment strategies.
  • Conduct thorough medical assessments and histories.

Communication:

  • Engage effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Deliver clear and concise medical information.
  • Promote a collaborative and patient-focused healthcare approach.

Documentation:

  • Maintain precise and current patient records.
  • Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Ensure adherence to coding and billing standards.

Diagnostic Procedures:

  • Order and interpret diagnostic evaluations, including laboratory tests and imaging.
  • Perform necessary procedures.
  • Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic assessments.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work alongside nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team discussions and case reviews.
  • Provide consultative services to fellow healthcare providers.

Quality Improvement:

  • Engage in quality assurance and enhancement initiatives.
  • Analyze clinical outcomes for ongoing improvement.
  • Implement changes to elevate patient care and safety.

Compliance:

  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.

Qualifications
  • A valid and unrestricted medical license in California.
  • Board eligible or board certified in the relevant medical specialty.
  • Completion of an accredited residency program.
  • H1B visa sponsorship available for cap-exempt candidates.
Pay Range
$272.59 /hour
