Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Game Master to join our team at Breakout Operations LLC. As a Game Master, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Host and Facilitate Games: Welcome and engage with guests, provide an exciting introduction to their experience, and run games to ensure a fun and challenging experience.
  • Provide Guidance and Support: Offer helpful clues and cues to guests when needed, and celebrate their wins with enthusiasm and encouragement.
  • Maintain a Positive and Professional Attitude: Remain composed and respectful, even in high-pressure situations, and demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with other Game Masters and support staff to ensure seamless game operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Assist with room resets, maintain game equipment, and perform other duties as directed by the General Manager.
Requirements
  • Passion for Puzzles and Games: Enjoy solving puzzles, riddles, and escape room challenges, and have a strong desire to share that enthusiasm with others.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Articulate yourself clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic Technology Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including email and other software applications, and be comfortable using technology to support game operations.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to sit for extended periods, focus for up to an hour at a time, and perform tasks that require lifting, reaching, squatting, and climbing.
