Planet Pharma is seeking an Office Operations Associate to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support and working on clerical and administrative assignments.

This role is ideal for an established and productive individual contributor who can work on routine tasks and make minor adjustments to methods and processes. You will be responsible for preparing communications, maintaining schedules, and performing normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings, catering and conferences; coordinating travel and submitting expenses.

We are offering a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in MS Office suite, SAP Concur, Ariba Guided Buying and other systems and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will require full job knowledge of MS Office suite, SAP Concur, Ariba Guided Buying and other systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education. You will also need a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Please note that this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
