Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation, including an hourly rate from $12-$13 per hour, plus weekly and monthly contests, membership incentives, paid time off, and an employee rewards program.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet membership sales goals and sustain employment requirements
  • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of our menu of services
  • Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and services options with clients
  • Execute daily operational tasks, day-to-day goals, and priorities assigned by management
  • Uphold store cleanliness standards
  • Schedule appointments and balance the daily schedule
  • Communicate changing schedules and operational needs with teammates

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Prior retail or membership sales experience is a plus, particularly in the gym, tanning, or salon industry, or prior spa experience at establishments like Massage Envy, Elements, or Massage Heights
  • Experience with Millennium software is a bonus
  • Critical thinking skills, including conflict resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A fast learner with a positive attitude and ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments
  • Computer proficiency, especially in retail and appointment booking systems
  • A strong team player with independence and minimal supervision
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritizing abilities, high attention to detail, and multitasking skills
