We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our team at Saint Vincent Hospital. As a Surgical Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.

About the Role

The Surgical Technician will be responsible for:

  • Assisting surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures
  • Setting up and maintaining aseptic environments
  • Preparing and passing instruments and equipment
  • Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure efficient and safe procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in surgical technology or a related field
  • 1 year of experience as a surgical technician (preferred)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Surgical Technology Certification (preferred)
