Job Overview:

You Turn Services is seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead our mental health team. This role involves working with clients in Richmond and surrounding counties to provide diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case management.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 2 years of experience in clinical work with children, young adults, and older adults. Registration with the Virginia State Licensing board is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic initial assessments and comprehensive assessments
  • Implement treatment plans and re-assess client needs for continued stay
  • Supervise direct care staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Mastery of skills: willingness to work in stressful situations, knowledge of funding sources, case management, community resources, client documentation, counseling interventions, oral and written communication, computer software, group and individual counseling, core standards, crisis intervention, human development, treatment plan development, typing/word processing, ability to lecture and give presentation, psychotherapy, ability to maintain confidentiality, supervision, theoretical approaches including CBT
  • A minimum qualification: a Master's degree supplemented with 2 years of successful clinical work experience with children, young adults and older in the field of institutional management, social work, education or other allied discipline, registration with the Virginia State Licensing board required

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
