Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $85-$110 per hour based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week. This is a competitive compensation package that includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Richmond, VA. As a critical care travel therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a talented team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in a neonatal intensive care unit
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and management

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy or related field
- 1-3 years of experience as a respiratory therapist, preferably in a critical care setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds and move equipment safely
