Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures that meet Joint Commission and other auditing agency regulations.
- Participate in the interdisciplinary team to provide accurate information and ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Accurately interpret medication orders and compound and dispense medication preparations in accordance with legal and professional standards of pharmacy practice.
