Faith Technologies, a leading energy expert and national leader in electrical planning, engineering, design, and installation, is seeking a skilled Electrical Field Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, inspect, and test customer equipment, including power distribution systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Analyze complex problems in equipment and machinery, and interpret maintenance manuals to isolate and correct faults.
  • Consult with product support and engineering personnel to determine solutions to complex problems in system operation.
  • Develop and implement training courseware and provide training to customers and other service representatives.
  • Maintain ongoing customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Completion of an electrical apprenticeship (8,000 hours) or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in electrical start-up and testing, including circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, VFDs, PLCs, and capacitor banks.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, including speaking and writing.
Work Schedule:

This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of varying schedules based on customer demands, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
