Field Service Technician and Fire Alarm System Specialist

As a Field Service Technician with National Time & Signal Corporation, you will play a critical role in maintaining and testing Life Safety systems in educational and commercial facilities. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate project sites to determine efficient routing of wires/cables
- Mount controls and devices, making electrical terminations, programming, and testing system components
- Use electronic test meters to verify and troubleshoot wiring problems
- Lift up to 70 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights up to 30 feet
- Exhibit good customer communication skills and knowledge of laptop computer operation and programs
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Electronics or Electrical Trades training
- Experience with low voltage wiring/cable installation, preferably fire alarm or security
- NICET II Fire Alarm Certification a plus
