Overview

A leading biotechnology organization is in search of a dedicated and dynamic professional with expertise in cellular and molecular biology, showcasing adaptability and a collaborative spirit throughout various phases of the drug development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the efficacy and specificity of novel compounds through diverse functional and phenotypic assays.
  • Keep precise documentation of experiments, analyze and interpret findings, and prepare comprehensive reports summarizing the research.
  • Collaborate closely with preclinical teams and communicate findings promptly.
  • Oversee laboratory instruments and ensure the replenishment of necessary supplies.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required, with preferred fields of study including molecular biology, cancer biology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in tissue culture, western blotting, and cell and gene therapy assays is essential.
  • Familiarity with cell and molecular biology methodologies such as RT-PCR, flow cytometry, and ELISA is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ImageJ, and Graphpad Prism is preferred.
  • Ability to conduct thorough reviews of pertinent scientific literature using Pubmed.
  • Must be self-driven and organized, possessing strong verbal and written communication skills, and capable of working efficiently both independently and within a team-oriented environment.
