Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recon Technician to join our team at Phil Long KIA. As a Recon Technician, you will play a critical role in preparing used cars for sale by inspecting and performing necessary mechanical work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnoses and repairs on vehicles to ensure they meet dealership and factory standards
  • Communicate effectively with parts department to obtain necessary parts
  • Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders
  • Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and stay up-to-date on technical bulletins
  • Supervise work of apprentice technicians as assigned
Requirements
  • Two to four years of related experience and/or training
  • Manufacturer Training and Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications a plus
  • Valid Driver's License
