We are seeking a highly skilled Family Law Litigation Paralegal to join our team at a premier matrimonial law firm. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in complex family law cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys in preparing and managing complex family law cases, including creating balance sheets, handling interrogatories, and financial affidavits.
  • Conduct financial tracing and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Develop and maintain electronic databases to manage case information.
  • Provide exceptional support to attorneys, including research, document preparation, and organization.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless case management and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in family law litigation or 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and electronic database management.
  • Paralegal certification preferred, but experience will be considered.
