Job Overview

Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Key Highlights:

  • Shifts Available: (1st shift: 6:00am-2:00pm), (2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm), (3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:00am)
  • Flexible Shifts: Options for 12-hour shifts (6:00am-6:00pm) or (6:00pm-6:00am) on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
  • Compensation: $26-$38/hr plus shift differentials and sign-on bonuses.
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire (no temporary contracts).
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, retirement plans, profit sharing, seasonal bonuses, and 2-3 weeks of paid time off.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Perform minor electrical maintenance and address mechanical and pneumatic issues on production machinery.
  • Experience in repairing electrical and mechanical systems on conveyors, mixers, palletizers, packagers, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and verify inputs/outputs of Allen Bradley or Siemens PLCs.
  • Implement and adhere to preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Experience in troubleshooting or repairing variable frequency drives (VFDs), proximity sensors, limit switches, photo-eyes, fuses, relays, actuators, and contactors.
  • Rewire or troubleshoot single or three-phase motors up to 480 volts.
  • Repair gearboxes, shafts, bearings, valves, cylinders, and chains.
  • Fabricate and repair components using machining or welding techniques.
  • Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely.
