Key Responsibilities:
Oversee strategic planning, operational excellence, and team leadership to ensure the company surpasses production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Drive manufacturing strategies aligned with the company's ambitious goals, implementing continuous improvement initiatives and setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) that define operational success.
Optimize efficiency and workflow to meet and exceed customer expectations, ensuring that every product leaving the facility meets the highest industry standards.
Enforce stringent quality control standards, collaborating closely with the company's teams to enhance product quality and minimize defects.
Manage the budget effectively, implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is essential.
