  • Coordinate day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of client partner's requests, ensuring timely and effective project delivery.
  • Analyze project and client data to help optimize agency processes and improve client satisfaction.
  • Support all client meetings with recap, feedback, and next steps, maintaining critical project deadlines and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree and 5-10 years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs, with a proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred: experience working in video content delivery services, broadcasting, or data analytics.
