Job Summary

The Front Desk Worker is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, efficient reservation management, and effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences
  • Book reservations and coordinate registration with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Operate a register and/or software system to process cash and credit transactions with precision
  • Respond to phone calls and emails, delivering messages and resolving guest inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to guests, colleagues, and clients
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Previous guest services experience is preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Exhibit organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail in daily tasks

This role may require physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may also be required.
