Procurement Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned Procurement professional to spearhead our strategic sourcing initiatives and drive cost savings across the organization. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing global procurement strategies, negotiating contracts with key suppliers, and overseeing spend analysis/management activities.

• Design and implement global procurement strategies to maximize cost savings and minimize risks
• Negotiate contracts with key suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
• Lead the development and execution of procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

• 10-12 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance, or equivalent experience
