Procurement Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to join our team as Vice President of Procurement. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings and improve efficiency.

• Develop and execute global procurement strategies to optimize spend and minimize costs
• Lead a team of procurement professionals to source and negotiate contracts with suppliers
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement performance and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
• 10-12 years of experience in procurement, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of driving cost savings and improving procurement processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and suppliers
