KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enhancing Landscape Quality and Operational Efficiency

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and clients to conduct landscape quality assessments, ensuring task execution meets expectations, identifying maintenance requirements, and suggesting improvement opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive job service plans for each client utilizing LandCare's Aspire software platform.
  • Provide strategic oversight and direction to supervisors and team members on client job sites, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to production techniques while offering additional training to team members.
  • Contribute to profitability objectives by effectively planning monthly operations, managing labor and material costs, and reviewing financial performance.

Fostering Culture, Training, and Safety

  • Manage recruitment and staffing requirements to ensure teams are adequately resourced.
  • Exemplify leadership in promoting a safety-focused culture, holding all team members accountable for adherence to safety protocols.
  • Provide education and training to crew members on various safety topics.
  • Continuously mentor supervisors to enhance team leadership and develop crew member skills.
