The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) will provide support in various areas of personal care and development:

Safety and Monitoring

  • Ensure safety at all times through vigilant monitoring; this may include one-on-one supervision or regular check-ins.
  • Assist in crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution.

Building Relationships

  • Develop trusting and empathetic relationships through consistent and meaningful communication.
