Job Overview:
We are in search of a proficient Senior .Net Windows Developer who possesses a strong background in .NET Core development and is enthusiastic about delivering high-caliber applications. This role involves the creation of a new Windows-native application that will seamlessly integrate cloud-based solutions with on-premises ERP systems. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and product managers to devise a comprehensive solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a .NET Core wrapper to execute and manage integration Python scripts.
- Facilitate the operation of integration code as a Windows service, ensuring dependable and efficient performance.
- Engage in discussions regarding the selection of supported Windows versions to ensure extensive compatibility and optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with platform engineers to develop and refine CI and CD pipelines, enabling the cross-compilation of Windows applications within Linux environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in developing applications utilizing .NET Core and C#.
- Demonstrated ability in creating and managing Windows services.
- Proficient in Python for the integration of existing codebases.
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Skilled in using Git for version control.
- Basic knowledge of Docker.
- Experience with cross-compiling Windows executables in Linux environments is highly advantageous.
- Note: Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be a United States Citizen or Green Card Holder.
