As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to every customer, working collaboratively with your team members, and supporting management in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Greet customers and provide a high level of service, utilizing our G.R.E.A.T. Customer Service standards.
    • Operate the cash register according to our cash handling procedures, including returns, voids, no sales, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork.
  • Store Operations
    • Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency, including sales floor merchandising, food service management, cooler merchandising, vendor check-ins, and communication of daily issues with management.
    • Ensure our policies and procedures surrounding safety and operational excellence are executed.
  • Teamwork and Support
    • Support management in other tasks and assignments as needed.
