Job Summary

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers seeking a highly skilled Admissions Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our admissions department, you will play a critical role in transforming the lives of individuals struggling with addiction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial telephonic intake processes with compassion and respect, providing encouragement to prospective clients
  • Verify benefits and record all activity in Salesforce accurately and diligently
  • Coordinate with facilities to inform of upcoming admissions and arrange transportation as needed
  • Follow up on all open potential leads to ensure a seamless admissions process
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1 year period of sustained sobriety required if in recovery
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dignified and compassionate character
  • Strong multitasking skills and sound judgment
