We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Float RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various dialysis facilities, providing high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD).
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care to individuals with ESRD, including administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patient progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in renal care.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous dialysis experience preferred.
