As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Innovative Renal Care, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy to our patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. Your relationships and bond with patients and their families will be at the heart of your work.
Responsibilities:- Administer dialysis treatments to patients according to established protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the registered nurse.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest dialysis techniques and technologies.
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- IV certification if required by state of practice.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior dialysis experience is preferred.
