We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment where teamwork is paramount. Proficiency in Spanish is highly valued.
Please be aware that this position requires in-office attendance at our headquarters.
Compensation:$65,000 - $72,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with one of the premier origination teams in New York, managing a substantial loan pipeline.
- Join a licensed team operating in 32 states, contributing to the success of our Loan Officer Assistant team.
- Assist in the loan processing workflow, ensuring timely documentation and management of the loan pipeline.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, real estate professionals, and legal representatives throughout the loan process.
- Utilize sales skills to enhance business development initiatives, including outreach to potential referral partners.
- Be part of a motivated team that strives for excellence and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed within a high-performing team.
- 2-5 years of experience in a related role such as Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, or Loan Officer.
- Experience with Encompass is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Possession of a Mortgage Loan Originator license is advantageous; candidates must be willing to obtain a license if not already licensed in New York.
- Outgoing personality with comfort in client interactions, both in person and over the phone.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in the mortgage sector with a solid grasp of loan structuring and processing.
- Excellent communication skills for regular updates with clients and partners.
- Sales-driven approach to contribute to business growth.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn from industry leaders.
