Job Details:

  • Shift Schedule: 24-hour call shifts (7a-7a)
  • Setting: Call; Pediatric Hospital - Rarely work in PED ICU situations

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Provide neonatal resuscitation and treat respiratory and infectious diseases in young patients, which accounts for 95-99% of duties
    • Participate in CO Medicaid to prescribe patients, with 80% of patients being CO Medicaid recipients
    • Maintain proficiency in delivering medical care, including attending deliveries and C-sections as needed
  • Support Staff: None
  • Required Training: Complete EMR Modules prior to virtual training to ensure seamless onboarding
  • Travel Preferences: Acceptable Air Travel, please detail any anticipated exceptions
  • Credentialing Information: Timeframe: ASAP
  • Billing Enrollment: No temporary replacement for existing enrolled providers

Requirements:

  • Active Unrestricted CO license - Highly preferred
  • Board Certified Pediatrics - Required
  • Active BLS Certification - Required
  • Clean Malpractice/Background Check - Required

Salary Estimate: $150-$250 per hour, depending on location and specialty
