Your Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough incoming goods inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement individual test instructions for mechanical components to ensure their quality and reliability.
- Monitor and process quality notifications to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
- Conduct sample audits in production and logistics areas to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement solutions and corrective actions for internal and external complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Initiate, monitor, and verify the effectiveness of quality management measures to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and disseminate quality methods and techniques in the field of manufacturing/assembly of robotic systems to ensure best practices.
- Define and continuously improve quality criteria, testing and inspection procedures, and approve new production processes to ensure quality excellence.
- Participate and support interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Optimize processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and comply with legal standards and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct employee training to ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet quality standards.
- Completed technical/commercial bachelor's degree or training as a state-certified technician/master in the field of electrical engineering/mechatronics.
- Experience with the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and EN 9100 standards.
- First experience in quality assurance.
- Application competence in quality techniques/methods (e.g. FMEA, 8D report, root cause analysis, SPC, fishbone analysis, MSA).
