  • Conduct thorough incoming goods inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Conduct sample audits in production and logistics areas to ensure adherence to quality standards.

  • Develop and disseminate quality methods and techniques in the field of manufacturing/assembly of robotic systems to ensure best practices.
  • Define and continuously improve quality criteria, testing and inspection procedures, and approve new production processes to ensure quality excellence.
  • Participate and support interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Optimize processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and comply with legal standards and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct employee training to ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet quality standards.
Your Profile:
  • Completed technical/commercial bachelor's degree or training as a state-certified technician/master in the field of electrical engineering/mechatronics.
  • Experience with the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and EN 9100 standards.
  • First experience in quality assurance.
  • Application competence in quality techniques/methods (e.g. FMEA, 8D report, root cause analysis, SPC, fishbone analysis, MSA).
