Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Industrial Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Groome Industrial Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing various manual labor tasks to ensure the highest level of service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean equipment for customers, spray equipment with pressurized water, and remove debris with vacuum operation.
  • Equipment Operation: Rotate operating equipment (boom, vacuum, and blaster) and ensure equipment is placed and returned to its proper storage location.
  • Supply Management: Assist in maintaining an organized set of supplies and equipment.
  • Safety and Compliance: Always comply with all safety requirements and company policies, and work productively as a member of the team.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Age and ID: Must be 18 years of age and have acceptable ID.
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push or pull objects up to 50 lbs. on occasion, and withstand 70 psi of back pressure.
  • Work Environment: Work up to a 12-hour shift doing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outside conditions.
