Job Title: Move Captain

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Mover/Driver team and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure a stress-free moving or hauling experience for our clients, while also upholding our company's core values of Building Leaders, Always Branding, Listen Fulfill and Delight, and Creating a Fun Enthusiastic Team Environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a stress-free moving or hauling experience.
  • Lead the Mover/Driver team and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Operate the junk or moving truck safely and efficiently, ensuring all necessary supplies and safety equipment are on hand.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, while also maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
