As a Manufacturing Production Associate, your role will involve executing various tasks to ensure the effective and seamless functioning of our manufacturing operations.
Your meticulous attention to detail and dedication to quality will be essential in upholding our high production standards.Our compensation package includes:

Job Duties:
Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment to produce goods according to specifications
Complete production orders within established timeframes while maintaining quality standards
Conduct regular quality control inspections to identify and rectify any defects or issues
Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished goods
Maintain a tidy and organized work environment
Requirements:
Requirements:
Must be able to work ANY 8-hour shift.
Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
Must be able to push/pull items across the work area
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred, but not mandatory
