Leadership Development Program Overview

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) at FireSeeds is a highly intentional program designed to develop future leaders. This program is a critical component of our business strategy, and we are seeking a self-directed servant leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop into a Director role and rotate through various aspects of the business, including Drive Thru, Front of House, Training, and HR.
  • Lead others, build relationships with customers and team members, and capitalize on your gifts.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, standing 10+ hours each day, and working 45+ hours each week.
Promotion Timeline
  • Promotion to Certified Trainer: 60 days after program start date.
  • Promotion to Shift Leader: 90 days after program start date.
  • Approval to Start Director Training: 110 days after program start date.
Requirements
  • 2 years of proven leadership experience in business, athletics, clubs, ministry, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Self-directed and driven leader with a mindset of continuous improvement.
