Qualifications

Essential skills include:

  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple priorities.

Preferred qualifications:

  • HVAC certification.
  • Pool certification.
  • Experience with VAV/PIU air handlers and EMS systems.
  • Familiarity with parking equipment and water cooling systems.
Work Environment

This position requires:

  • Frequent movement between worksites and effective communication with team members.
  • Ability to operate machinery and tools, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.

Occasional tasks may include:

  • Climbing ladders and navigating tight spaces.
  • Adjusting or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Physical Demands

The role may involve:
