Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Illinois State Government. As a key member of our dietary staff, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving food to meet the needs of our clients.

• Direct and supervise dietary staff on assigned shifts to ensure the preparation and serving of food meets menu requirements.
• Cook and prepare food on a large-scale basis to meet the dietary needs of our clients.
• Evaluate recipes and make revisions as necessary to ensure high-quality food products.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless food service operations.
