About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Ambassador and Operations Specialist to join our team at Tiffany & Co. as a Branch Security Officer and Ambassador. This role is a critical part of our organization, responsible for maintaining a secure environment for clients and employees, while also providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times, serving as ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients.
  • Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service, partnering with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations.
  • Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and take action on TEI performance and client feedback.
  • Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with store team.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a retail/security environment.
  • 1 year prior experience in a security-related position.
