Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain existing VOIP systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and customers.
  • Solve complex problems related to telecommunications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Cisco CCNA certificate.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications engineering.
  • Expert knowledge of Cisco IP telephony solutions.
  • Experience with design/maintenance of VOIP architecture and installation of VOIP hardware.
  • Troubleshooting voice issues.
  • Experience with Cisco ATA.
Preferred Skills
  • Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking and its impact on VOIP.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $54.00 to $72.00 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan.

Our associates also enjoy paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave, and Holiday pay where applicable.
