Job Summary

We are looking for a BCBA to design and oversee programs for children served by RUSH Kids based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. This position requires an individual to supervise behavior technicians, complete assessments, write reports, and collaborate with families, other therapists, and school teams.

Responsibilities
  • Design and oversee programs for children served by RUSH Kids based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Supervise behavior technicians and ensure they are providing high-quality care to patients.
  • Complete assessments and write reports to document patient progress.
  • Collaborate with families, other therapists, and school teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member in a professional manner.
